In mid-June God sent us an amazing team partly from Guadalajara, Mexico, and partly from Kalamazoo. Michigan. These seven individuals brought encouragement, joy and a lot of hard work to help us here in Guatemala.
We are grateful for their help to reach out with Christ to our community and to share the love of Christ in so many ways. Check out this list of what the team did while here in Chichicastenango!
- Elementary school teaching and rally games (60 students)
- Middle School assembly and sharing the Gospel (360 students)
- Painting and construction projects
- Women’s Bible study
- Little Disciples Bible study with elementary students
- DiscipeTec Bible study and Egg Drop Project
- Couples Cell Group with young families/couples from a local church
- Training workshop for kids ministry leaders
- Home visits to pray with people in their homes
As a family and ministry, we enjoyed having the team from Radiant and Radiante and we’re excited to see how God continues to work in the lives of those who they spent time with while they were here.
