Teacher training in Xela

We spent a recent Saturday leading kids ministry training with fellow missionaries Janice and Hiro Bae in Xela. The 35 Guatemalan kids ministry leaders came from hours away for the training workshop. Michael taught on themes like: Vision, Discipleship, Planning and organizing, Safety, etc.

These teachers ar part of the Bae’s ministry that helps churches develop children’s ministries in churches where there were no kids ministry.

We love that Hudson and Michael were to be part of helping encourage and build up the teachers who take what they learn back to their churches and ministries to raise up new Christ followers!
